We had a wonderful morning with 12 hardy souls! We had a No Run Fun workout. We went to the shelter house with our cement blocks. The workout was 30 merkins, 20 overhead presses with the block, 20 dips, 20 curls, 20 big boy sit ups or 20 starfish sit ups, 2 = 1, and 20 squats with the block. Then you took a 30 second break and repeated the workout. attending were Kevin Popeyes Connors, Alan Coconut Davies, Andrew Peach Lee,
