Warm Up with ten, four count imperial walkers then ten, four count windmills
Split into two teams. Set timer for four minutes during which each team did as many burpees as possible with the caveat that only man could go at a time and the ones not doing burpees held Al Gore.
Next we stayed in same teams but each team had to do a total of 10 laps around the interior of the parking lot, four hundred two is one penguins, two hundred merkins, one hundred lt. dans, fifty absolutions.
We then did a second round of the burpee challenge, with the goal of beating the reps done during the first round which both teams did.
In the same teams, we then did a second round of work consisting of fifty inch worms with a merkin at the end, one hundred jump squats, one hundred monkey humpers, two hundred two is one flutter kicks, and five laps around the interior of the parking lot.
Ended in COT with the FNG getting the nickname Barney as the Andy Griffith Show is one of his favorite shows. Barney was brought out by Rudy after six months of Rudy’s pursuit. He is 31, married with two children, works as a property and casualty insurance claims adjuster, and considers Rudy a spiritual mentor. He is an avid runner who wears short shorts. Message of the prayer was simple. God is the summit where are feet are. Whether on the mountain or in the valley, He is the summit regardless of circumstance.
