Large park with running paths, soccer fields, playground, and parking lot for what can be an epic boot camp style beatdown!
We had 17 hardy young men attend this glorious beatdown! They were Josh Woodstock Brown, Scott Geppetto Schutt, Josh Lonzo Hoot, Andrew Peach Lee,Tommy Callahan Geary, Eric Isoceles Puffenberger, Thomas Mercy Moissey, Richard Fraction Altman, Mike Vila Trinity, Jake Jennay Whttmer, Alan Coconut Davies, Jeff Spaulding Lonsbrough, Danial Mile High Cordova, Noah Berretta Cordova, Samual Ringo Cordova, Nate Homeslice Reid and the Q Mark Landslide Trimble. The work out was very simple. There were three stations, as such we divided into 3 groups. At station 1 we only did over head presses and curls with a block. Station two were merkins and big boy or starfish sit ups. And at station three was pull ups and dips. All exercises were to be done until exhaustion. There was a gap between each station which allowed for some jogging between each. We ended in a circle of trust.
