The Square Dance:
1 workout
2 squares with 2×2 = 4 corners each. Reps at each corner, movement along sides. Run a lap of soccer fields after completing each square.
Square 1: 9 Absolutions, Crawl bear, 16 Lt. Dan, Crawl bear, 25 Burpees, Crawl bear, 36 Jungle Boi squats–2 spoonz style.
Run a lap of the soccer field.
Square 2: 49 BBSU, reverse lunge walk, 64 2-1 mountain climbers, reverse lunge walk, 81 LBCs, reverse lunge walk, 100 SSH.
Run a lap of the soccer field.
Back to square 1.
After hitting all the corners, the PAX were squared away for the day.
