Warmups: Windmills, Motivators 7 count (the way it should be.)
The thang: Mosey to shelter house. Each PAX got to pull a popsicle stick that had a number on it, out of the birthday bag. The following exercises were numbered and each PAX had to complete 39 reps of each (for my 39th birthday) associated with the stick drawn. After all completed run a short distance and go to the next PAX. We skipped the run a few times. We also ended a few of the exercises when the first PAX got to 39.

Lots of fun and dark humored mumble chatter. I blame that on Landslide. It slowed down with the counting.
