Notes from the Gloom:
The scheduled Q was Charlotte, who unfortunately lost his battle with the alarm clock this morning. He missed an unseasonably warm, clear morning! We decided to continue with his title of “Circle of Pain” and called out exercises around the circle.
Warmup:
Motivators from 10 to 1
The Thang:
Starting with Rocketman, we rotated around the circle with each HIM calling an exercise of 22 reps. After everyone had called an exercise, we ran across the parking lot and back. Another round of exercises, another lap, etc. I think we did 4-5 times around, but I lost count. Mostly the typical exercises, with the exception of Rocketman, who went rogue on round 3 or 4 and called a brutal lunge walk across the parking lot with backward run back. Good mix of exercises made for a quality workout.
