Join Barney as he grows the region with this new workout that meets on the Wabash Cannonball Trail right by Generals Ice Cream.

The beatdown:
Warm up with motivators – 7. Use motivator format to do squats, mike tyson, and lunges
Squats – jump squats, sqaut, al gore
Mike tyson – Mike tyson, Mike tyson without merkin, merkin, plank
Lunges – jump lunges, lunges, al gore.
Mosey to parking area.
Route 66 – at first line, do 1 rep, bear crawl to next line, do 2 reps, bear crawl, 3 reps, all the way up to 11. This gets 66 reps and decent amount of bear crawls.
